Our Story

Aero Global Aviation Academy is a flight school located in Kissimmee, Florida, founded during the COVID-19 pandemic at Orlando Executive Airport. The school was established by a professional flight instructor whose vision for training came from years of experience teaching students across the country and observing a recurring challenge in the industry: many instructors were focused primarily on building hours rather than developing pilots.

Seeing firsthand how this affected student progress, motivation, and confidence, our founder set out to build a different type of aviation training environment — one where the goals and dreams of aspiring pilots are treated with the care, structure, and professionalism they deserve.

At Aero Global Aviation Academy, flight training is not transactional. It is a partnership. We built our culture on three core commitments:

One of the biggest challenges in aviation today is that students often pay substantial tuition to flight schools without seeing the progress they expected. At Aero Global, schedules, training plans, and finances are managed with transparency and oversight to help students move forward efficiently and successfully.

Every student’s training path is monitored closely to ensure they are progressing, mastering required skills, and building the confidence necessary to earn each certificate and rating. Today, with a global pilot shortage creating unprecedented opportunities, aspiring aviators need a school that will strengthen—not compromise—their dreams. Too many students leave other programs discouraged, delayed, or financially drained.
